AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMMERCE CITY REVISED MUNICIPAL CODE TO LICENSE AND REGULATE MOBILE ICE CREAM VENDORS

Summary and Background Information: 

Section 6-2004 of the Municipal Code currently prohibits the operation of mobile ice cream vendors.  This prohibition has been in place since 1970. This ordinance repeals the ban and establishes requirements for licensing of operators and regulations for the operation of ice cream trucks in the City.
