Summary and Background Information:
This is the eighth session in a series on design of the new recreation center. Numerous options for the new recreation center (orientation, size / configuration, and styles) have been presented to City Council in study sessions on Jan 25, Feb 8, Feb 22, Mar 14, Mar 28, April 25, May 23 and June 27. The purpose of this session will be to wrap up input on the building design as the architect transitions into the construction document phase.
The project management team will also present information on the upcoming CM/CG contract and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) process.
