CDBG Consolidated Plan Update

Summary and Background Information:
In November 2015, city council directed staff to proceed with becoming a Direct Recipient Entitlement Community for 2016. Since that time, staff has been working with HUD and a consultant, Mosaic Community Planning, on creating a HUD approved Consolidated Plan. Tonight’s presentation is an update on how the Consolidated Plan process is going and to share with City Council the proposed 1- Year Annual Action Plan and the 5- Year Annual Action Plan.
