Summary and Background Information: At the January 23, 2016 City Council Retreat, council members identified 5 top priorities for 2017, and youth athletic fields were one of those priorities.

Staff will present an overview of the process to determine need for youth athletic fields in the community (Parks, Recreation and Golf Master Planning), as well as an overview of city-owned properties for consideration for future sports complex development.
