Summary and Background Information:
The Community Development Department along with the Neighborhood Services Division has been conducting organized, systematic, neighborhood-by-neighborhood code enforcement sweeps known as the Commerce City Clean or 3C’s program for the last few years. We would like to make a short informative presentation to council on our efforts as this program continues to grow and develop. The presentation along with questions and answers will take no more than thirty minutes max. No action from council is needed as this presentation is for information purposes only.
