Summary and Background Information:
Bob Gehler, the city's long-standing City Attorney, retired in April 2016. Council appointed staff to procure executive search services for this recruitment. Strategic Government Resources was chosen and we are now ready to receive feedback from Council on the desired attributes for the ideal candidate for this position. SGR will facilitate this discussion as well as discuss the schedule for the process as a whole. Council will also determine its desired level of involvement at various stages of the process.
