Body: An application for a retail marijuana products manufacturer license was received from the Colorado Department of Revenue, Marijuana Enforcement Division on November 17, 2015, and the applicant submitted an application for a medical marijuana-infused products manufacturer license on February 16, 2016. Both applications were deemed complete and sent through for processing on February 22, 2016. A legal notice was sent to the Sentinel Express on April 26, 2016, to be placed in the paper on May 3, 2016, informing the public of a hearing on this matter to be held on Friday May 13, 2016. The applicant was provided with a copy of the same legal notice to be posted on the proposed licensed premises and an Affidavit of Posting was submitted by the applicant as proof that the notice was posted. The applicant has filed a petition to demonstrate the "desires" of the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood, defined as a 1/2 mile radius from the building.
