Summary and Background Information:
As a part of the overall Park Creek Metropolitan District development effort, the District will construct a sanitary sewer lift station east of the Commerce City limits. The nearest source of electrical power for this lift station is located at the end of Prairie Parkway, at the end of the Central Park Boulevard project limits. The Public Service Company of Colorado (Xcel Energy) is requesting a 10 foot wide easement along the Central Park Boulevard alignment so that they may construct electrical facilities to provide power to the proposed lift station.
