Proclamation recognizing Malcolm Castellaw's service to Commerce City

Summary and Background Information: Malcolm Castellaw will retire from the City of Commerce City on May 31, 2016. Mr. Castellaw spent over 28 years serving the community, in the City's finance department as an Auditor and the Tax Manager. Mr. Castellaw spent his career dedicated to sales and use tax education, compliance, licensing, collection and enforcement of the sales and use tax code.
