Summary and Background Information: 

The City is requesting approval of an ordinance correcting the legal description for the annexation of the property located at 10655 E. 120^th Court.  The annexation zoning was reviewed by Planning Commission on February 3, 2015 and approved by City Council on March 16, 2015.  Upon recording the documents at Adams County, the error in the legal description was identified. The site is on the south side of E. 120^th Parkway and contains an existing auto glass repair business.  No other changes are requested by this ordinance.
