Summary and Background Information: 

Forest City’s Metropolitan District, the Park Creek Metropolitan District, plans to construct Central Park Boulevard from 56^th Avenue north to approximately 61^st Avenue. In order to construct the roadway, an existing Denver Water water main needs to be relocated on to land owned by Commerce City and the City and County of Denver. Two areas of easement are needed: a triangular piece near the future intersection of Central Park Boulevard with 61^st Avenue and the second between 56^th Avenue and the future 57^th Avenue. The Park Creek Metropolitan District will bear all costs associated with the water main relocation. They plan to begin this work within the next month or so and be complete in the early part of 2016.
