Summary and Background Information:
The Suncor Boys and Girls Club requested an additional land donation of 0.548 acres from the Urban Renewal Authority’s Mile High Greyhound Park site. The additional property will allow the club to build a 1.43 acre youth multi-sport synthetic turf field on the west side of their club building. Staff worked with the potential developer of the Mile High Greyhound Park to confirm that the additional land donation would work with the future development of the site and it will be compatible.
