The Link maintains a centralized location for the provision of assessment, mediation and intervention services for juveniles and their families who are referred to The Link from the participating jurisdictions.
An outcome study conducted by a CU Boulder research consultant in 2013 indicates youth who receive service from The Link are 38% less likely to have further contact with law enforcement.
