Summary and Background Information: The City of Commerce City has an IGA with Adams County Community Development to received an allocated dollar amount for CDBG projects. This year's allocation is $277,778 which will be used to continue the Minor Home Repair Program. An approved resolution authorizing signature and the submission of the grant application for those funds, is required as part of the application packet.
