Resolution to Authorize Award of Contract for Buffalo Run Irrigation Replacement Phase I

Summary and Background Information: The Buffalo Run irrigation system is 20 years old and some of the components are beginning to fail. Replacement of the system has been separated into three (3) phases and the completion of phase 1 is necessary to continue maintaining the golf course at the current level. Elements of phase 1 include replacing electronic control stations (32) throughout the golf course, replacing the computer software system that runs the irrigation, and replacing existing sprinkler heads (85) in strategic locations.
