Summary and Background Information:
In order to accommodate the construction of the North Metro Commuter Rail Project, an Aerial Easement Agreement of a portion of city-owned right-of-way is required to be dedicated to the Regional Transit District (RTD). The parcel is 1,348 square feet in size or 0.031 acres. It is located northeast of the intersection of the O’Brian Canal and I-270. Dedication of this land will be completed through an Aerial Easement Agreement.
