Summary and Background Information:
Each year the city's finance department prepares the annual financial statements. The outside audit firm reviews those financial statements and other records. The auditors' report, the financial statements, notes, mangement's discussion and analysis and required supplimentary information are bound into the book called the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
The CAFR can be found in Drop Box or finance will be prepared to provide a hard copy at the meeting.

Management's Discussion and Analysis (MDA)
The auditor's reports will be handed out at the meeting.
