Summary and Background Information:  

In order to accommodate the construction of a natural gas meter station/regulator station, an easement over City property is needed by Public Service Company of Colorado.  This station will allow for natural gas delivery to area citizens and businesses. This easement is specifically for utility lines to support the station.
