Summary and Background Information:  

Staff will be presenting a draft comment letter to Council for review and approval regarding the Refuge's draft master plan. This is presentation is a follow up to the Refuge Manager, David Lucas' presentation of the draft plan to Council on June 1^st. Staff will review comments from City Manager's Office, Community Development, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation on the plan with Council.
