AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2015 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO BY THE RECOGNITION OF THE ADAMS COUNTY OPEN SPACE GRANT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $149,609 FOR THE SUPPORT OF IRRIGATION REPLACEMENT PHASE I AT BUFFALO RUN GOLF COURSE AND THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE EXPENDITURE THEREOF.

Summary and Background Information: Funds will be used to replace part of the irrigation system at Buffalo Run Golf Course. The irrigation system is 20 years old and beginning to fail in multiple areas. Continued failures could result in significant damage to turf grass throughout the golf course. This is Phase I of the replacement schedule.
