Summary and Background Information:  
The applicant is requesting to annex the subject property into Commerce City.  The property is currently within unincorporated Adams County and has a county zoning designation of A-1.  Along with the request to annex the subject property, there is a request by the applicant to zone the newly annexed land to Commerce City I-2.  The concurrent zoning case is requesting the zoning of newly annexed land to the Commerce City I-2 zone district along with requesting a zone change for property that is currently incorporated into Commerce City from AG (Agricultural) to I-2.  If approved, the subject property will be incorporated into Commerce City and zoned I-2 in its entirety.  At this time, the applicant is proceeding with the property annexation and zoning case (Z-919-15).
