Summary and Background Information:
Denver and Commerce City have reached an agreement to pay for costs associated with new, non-airport traffic on Pena Boulevard. This will allow construction of the new on ramp from Tower Road to Pena Boulevard to proceed. An amendment to a previous agreement, related to the intersection, is being proposed to address these items.
