Summary and Background Information:  
The site is approximately 2.35 acres and is currently located in unincorporated Adams County.  The site is on the south side of E. 120th Parkway and contains an existing auto glass repair business.  The applicant is proposing to annex (AN-233-15) the land located at 10655 E. 120th Ct. into the City of Commerce City, and zone the land C-3, Regional Commercial District (Z-911-15).
 
On February 3, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public hearing, took testimony, and voted (5-0) to forward the zoning of newly annexed land request to City Council with favorable recommendations, subject to the findings of fact.
