AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMMERCE CITY REVISED MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE COMMERCE CITY LIQUOR AUTHORITY
Body
Summary and Background Information:  In a study session late last year, staff discussed with City Council the current challenges associated with having a citizen board serve as the City's liquor authority.  As a result of that discussion, staff has prepared an ordinance that would replace the citizen board with a hearing officer.
