Summary and Background Information:
This item involves two actions:
1) Extending the current contract with Waste Management to cover the first two months of 2015 until the fully automated collection process is in place; and,
2) Modifying the new contract which was approved by the City Council on October 6, 2014, to clarify some of the contract language related to insurance and modifying the start date to March 1, 2015 to coincide with the start of the fully automated collection process.
