Summary and Background Information:  

In order to accommodate the construction of E. 101^st Way and Lewiston Street, a portion of city-owned open space is required to be dedicated as right-of-way.  The dedication consists of 0.015 acres. Dedication of this land will be completed through a quit claim deed.
