Summary and Background Information:  
The city is obligated to provide the club with funding in an annual amount equal to Eighty Thousand Dollar ($80,000) once the club opens. Urban Renewal Authority donated to the club a 2.5 acre parcel of the Mile High Greyhound Park property for exclusive purpose of operating a Boys & Girls Club in Commerce City. Groundbreaking of the facility occurred October 2014
