Summary and Background Information: Finding sufficiency of petition for AN-229-14, and setting public hearing dates for consideration on first and second reading of the proposed annexation ordinance to determine compliance with statutory requirements submitted by Public Service Company of Colorado for the eastern portion of the property generally located South of 104th Avenue and East of Himalaya Street.
The proposed public hearing date will be June 2, 2014 with a consent reading on July 7, 2014. No further action is needed this evening.
