Summary and Background Information:
Per a 1995 IGA, the E-470 Authority is responsible for the costs associated with design and construction of the Tower Road and Pena Boulevard northwest on ramp. The city and the E-470 Authority have agreed to enter into a new intergovernmental agreement that recognizes all obligations under the 1995 IGA have been satisfied and which addresses the Authority's obligation to fund construction of the northwest ramp.
