• The Council requested an update to the procurement policy.
• Based on the Council's discussion on January 27, February 24 and March 31 staff made further changes to the draft procurement policy.
• The procurement policy sets out high level policy direction and expectations.
• There will be an administrative procurement manual to guide employees on how to procure in compliance with Council policy.
• The procurement policy is recommended for your adoption.
