Summary and Background Information: When the 2009 IFC was adopted last year, this amendment was inadvertently omitted. This same amendment was contained in the 2003 IFC, the code that immediately preceded the 2009 version. The amendment clarifies that the storage, manufacturing, sale, and possession of fireworks within the City by individuals is prohibited except under very limited circumstances.
