RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION PLAT IN CASE #S-588-12

Summary and Background Information:  The City has been working with the applicant to expand the existing operation onto adjacent property owned by the applicant.  The expansion of the site proposes additional rail spurs to be added on the site.  A consolidation plat has been submitted and reviewed by staff and found to be in compliance with all of the subdivision regulations within our code.  The applicant is working with the City's Public Works Department to finalize drainage on the northern portion of the site.  The Development Review Team (DRT) and Planning Commission concluded that the requested consolidation plat would satisfy the approval criteria described within the Land Development Code (LDC).
