Summary and Background Information:
• On April 1, 2013 the ECAGID was formed by the City Council.
• On July 15, 2013 the ERAGID was formed by the City Council.
• The petitioners for the formation of the general improvement districts requested that the City form a Property Owners Advisory Committee for the area to be included within either the ECAGID or the ERAGID.
• The purpose of the Property Owners Advisory Committee is to make recommendations regarding project priorities to the Council sitting as the Board of Directors for the various general improvement districts.
This resolution approves the agreement between the City, ECAGID, ERAGID and petitioners.
