Summary & Background
The City of Commerce City owns approximately 240 rentable square feet of 7190 Colorado Blvd., Suite 500 located on the 5th floor within a six-story office building, commonly known as Adams Tower. The City desires to make that space available for rent and provide City residents with access to more services. The City aims to provide services, resources, and support to the residents of Commerce City through the support and partnership of non-profit organizations, and Servicios De La Raza will help close the gaps in those services. Servicios De La Raza is a Colorado nonprofit organization located in Denver who desires to rent space from the City. The mission of the Organization is to build a thriving Latino community in the City in which all members are provided opportunities and support systems to achieve equity, self-sufficiency, and self-determination to lead a healthy and balanced quality of life.
