As per memo provided for City Council June 4, 2012, this resolution is for City Council's consideration. Staff recommends City Council's acknowledgment and support of the resolution approving amendment to the Resolution No. 2012-11 regarding the Northeast Greenway Corridor Advisory Committee's Comprehensive Plan for Allocating Funds from the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Natural Resource Damages Settlement (NRDS).
