Summary and Background Information: 

This item would allow staff to proceed with necessary right-of-way and easement acquisition necessary for the Highway 2 Widening Project.  Fifty-one (51) separate easements will be obtained from fourteen (14) different property owners. The total amount of property to be acquired equates to approximately 9.5 acres.
