Summary and Background Information:  The Tri-County Health Department annually sponsors a program known as the Adams County Household Chemical Roundup Program for the citizens of Adams County to provide a safe and viable disposal option for household hazardous waste.  Commerce City, as well as governmental entities within Adams County, has consistently provided funding with the Tri-County Health Department.

Financial Impact:  $10,000
Funding Source:  Included in the 2013 Budget (Hazardous Waste Fund)
Staff Recommendation:  Approval of this annual IGA.
