Summary and Background Information

The attached IGA outlines the City’s contribution as $946,830 with a cap of $1,000,000 towards the project.  The estimated cost for the project is $3,070,800.  Adams County will contribute $2,123,970 towards the project and will be responsible for design and construction of the project. Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends executing the IGA between Adams County and Commerce City regarding cost-sharing for the Dahlia Street Improvement Project.
