Title
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR REPLACEMENT OF POOL DEHUMIDIFICATION UNITS TO FRONTIER MECHANICAL, INC.

Body
Summary and Background Information:

The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the award of a contract for replacement of two Pool Dehumidification Units (PDUs) and ancillary equipment at the Eagle Pointe Recreation Center to Frontier Mechanical Inc. The amount of the contract is $998,900.

· The therapy pool is currently served by a pool dehumidification unit, manufactured by Trane - specifically a Xetex® Series unit (installed in 2018) - designated as PDU- 1.

· The lap pool is currently served by two Dectron-brand units (installed in 2008) - designated as HRU-1 and HRU-2.

The goal of this project is to replace Dectron units HRU-1 and HRU-2 with two Trane Xetex® Series units - to be designated as PDU-2 and PDU-3.
