Background Information:
The Directory of Fees provides a handy "one-stop" reference for City fees, preventing confusion over what are the official fees adopted by City Council.
City Council has asked staff to update the oil and gas language within the LDC. One of these amendments creates a new process and application, known as an oil and gas permit. Because this is a new process and application, an application fee must be set by City Council. City staff did initial research involving staff hours, review, time lengths, etc. in arriving at this proposed amount. In the future, after applications are actually submitted, this fee may need to be adjusted depending on actual staff time and schedules utlized.
