Summary and Background Information:
The City of Commerce City has been awarded a Fiscal Year 2025 High Visibility Enforcement Award. This grant in the amount of $18,000 from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is to be used for driving under the influence (DUI) enforcement.
This grant will create an amendment to the 2024 Budget of the City of Commerce City for the recognition of the funds from CDOT in the amount of $18,000 in Fund 180.
