Summary and Background Information:  This project involves two improvements to the park. The two shelters in Los Valientes Park are coming to the end of their useful life and will be replaced to ensure users have a shaded area to picnic or simply stop and rest. The sidewalk will be extended from the playground east to Oneida across the entire park allowing users to easily traverse the park and access the playground from the east or west side.
