Summary and Background Information:
This item would allow staff to proceed with necessary right-of-way and easement acquisition necessary to improve the intersection of 104th Avenue and Belle Creek Boulevard by moving the intersection to the west. There is a compelling public need for the improvements and sufficient funding has been identified for acquisition of the necessary right-of-way.
