Summary and Background Information:  

• City Council will have 2^nd reading of the ordinance establishing the Commerce City E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District (ECAGID) on its consent April 1 agenda.

• City Council will also have this resolution on its April 1 agenda that approves an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between the City and the ECAGID providing for the City to provide staffing and project management on behalf of the ECAGID.  This is similar to the IGA between the City and the Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District (NIGID).

This is the first of four intergovernmental agreements scheduled for consideration on Monday night.  The other resolutions proposing action will be on the two general improvement districts' agendas.
