Summary and Background Information: Adams County requested that each city involved in the Adams County Community Transit Program ("ALIFT") update their information in a new intergovernmental agreement. ALIFT is a program that provides accessible rides to Commerce City senior adults and residents with disabilities. The service provides rides for medical, grocery, nutrition, day care, and personal reasons (including rides to recreation facilities)
