Summary and Background Information: An application for a a medical marijuana infused products manufacturer and retail marijuana infused products manufacturer licenses was received on September 23, 2015. The applications were deemed complete on March 7, 2016, and moved forward for processing. A legal notice was sent to the Sentinel Express on May 17, 2016, for publication on May 24, 2016, and a copy of the legal noitce was provided to the applicant for posting on the proposed site.
