Summary and Background Information:

Beginning with the 2016-2017 program year, the city became a direct recipient of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This ordinance accepts the funds awarded for the program year that begins October 1, 2021.

 

The 2021 Annual Action Plan will be presented by Community Development staff. This ordinance was drafted to include the funding submitted for your consideration/approval. The projects to be presented in the 2021 Annual Action Plan are public services, public works, economic development, housing rehabilitation, and/or administration costs.
