Summary and Background Information: Requesting Public Safety to provide a presentation to City Council on their current strategies or plans for 2023 with regards to providing residents ways to help protect their community by way of advertising to the various communities within Commerce City, i.e. communicating the Neighborhood Watch program to the various communities, etc. during a Study Session by the end of February 2023.
I would like to see if Public Safety may have some ideas they could present to City Council during a Study Session to help advertise the various programs to the community that would prevent or deter various crimes we have in Commerce City (petty to major).
