Summary and Background Information:
The communications division, together with the city clerk’s office conducts a quarterly advertising campaign to solicit interest in the boards and commissions. Citizens of Commerce City submit their applications to serve on a board or commission and an interview panel comprised of members of the council conduct interviews and make their recommendations to the full council. The subcommittee would like to recommend to the full council the appointment of members to the designated boards and commissions.
