Summary and Background Information: An application for a retail products manufacturing license and a new tier 1 retail marijuana cultivation license was received from the Colorado Department of Revenue, Marijuana Enforcement Division on October 28, 2015. The application was considered complete on February 8, 2016, and moved forward for processing. A legal noitce was sent to the Sentinel Express on May 17, 2016, for publication on May 24, 2016, and a copy of the legal notice was provided to the applicant for posting on the proposed site.
